TRAINING FOR WARRIORS
This program (TFW East Metro) is only the second one to be established in MN and is one of over 200 gyms world wide. Over 10,000 people per day are doing TFW workouts originally designed for fighters. This system delivered such tremendous results that founder Martin Rooney decided to take his program worldwide and shape it for anyone who wants to build muscle, burn fat and feel good!

The Life Warrior program is about making a commitment to real change in your life. "This is not just about losing weight. IS TRAINING FOR WARRIORS A FIGHTING OR BOXING CLUB?
No, the systems for conditioning and transforming your body were originally designed to train fighters by Master Trainer Martin Rooney. This is a fitness based system designed to optimally improve your fitness and lower the risk of injury.
DO I HAVE TO COMPETE WITH OTHER PEOPLE?
No, you are only competing with yourself. Unlike other popularized fitness programs that have as part of its vision competition amongst gyms, individuals.. etc. This program is an opportunity for results, not a competition.
WHAT IS A HURRICANE?
Well, besides being a massive meteorological event, the Hurricane is a challenging circuit designed to increase strength, increase endurance and present a mental challenge.
IS THE PROGRAM PROGRESSIVE?
Absolutely! This is a multi -phase periodized program meaning over time you will participate in various approaches to challenging your fitness. The system will use periodic assessments that allow you to gage your improvements.
WHAT IS A DOJO?
